Please call your doctor or go to an ER or urgent care. New chest pain really needs to be checked on to make sure your heart is okay. It’s best to be safe and go get it checked out even though it’s scary.

So for me, I tense up when I have anxiety, even my chest. I commonly suffer from muscle cramps in my chest/abdomen. You could be over using the muscles in those stressful situations. To fix it, I bought a foam roller for $5. You lay on it on your back. It helps to loosen back up.
