I had an awful flare up as well as lots of trapped gas last night, and all day today I’ve had some light chest pain. The pain has been all over my chest, and not just one side. I’m guessing it could be some gas that’s still trapped? It doesn’t feel like my heart if you know what I mean, it’s more so my muscles or something.
It could be trapped gas causing the chest pain, as gas can sometimes cause discomfort in various areas of the chest. However, it's important to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.
