Changes in Menstruation Symptoms

Any of my fellow menstruating individuals notice changes in symptoms throughout their cycle? For example, I know the first couple of days of my period I have massive amounts of energy and motivation.

Yup I was fascinated to learn about adhd’s hormone highjacking as it were. Anyone else take stimulant meds that have messed with their cycle or caused them severe menstrual pain?

Well maybe when your on your period your mood and energy is better cuz me before my period I'm so sleepy but as soon as I start I'm in such better upbeat mood

Tbh my period is so erratic sometimes I get it but for like months and months I won’t. Maybe my birth control. Usually I’m really angry hungry emotional beginning my period

Oh geez I'm literally the opposite of this. I always sleep 12 hours the day before I start, have low energy the first two days, then I'm alright the last two days. If I don't sleep that 12 hours before, I'm a wreck the whole time I'm on the rag.
