I know right at least I feel like we should be able to pick the picture but I guess unless we remember names the pictures could change all the time. We won't know if we talk to the same person again or not...

Nope. Everyone is considered anonymous to protect others and to keep everything confidential. That's also why you had to choose a nickname that doesn't include your own name or parts of your name for confidentiality. I've actually wanted to change my picture on here too, but again, confidentiality. Also, Spoiler alert: this nickname is actually the name of my guinea pig who is be Emotional Support Animal in college.
