And I’m scared of a couple of things like life doing, like bills. But I know it takes more time now because it was an bipolar 1 episode

No no side affects just the anxiety coming on a bit stronger this time because a bigger episode. Something that never happened to me before

psych meds can definitely stop being as effective over time and as our body chemistry changes. You may want to talk to your med provider about your recent episode and see about tweeking your meds a little. Maybe an increase in med dosage or even a change may help. There are also many coping strategies out there to try. Hope this helps.🙂
