Chamomile Tea for Better Sleep

Ah yes! I have this home blend of tea and it's the only one I can drink (especially without sugar added in it.) I had been drinking it every night, but recently my joints have flared up so bad I can't make it.

Chamomile is awesome. I've used tension tamer tea from celestial seasonings.

I think because also I don't sleep at the time I am supposed to and probably just anxious to wake up for the next day.

It does but my problem is I usually wake up twice in the night. In different times. It's annoying.
