Has anyone ever tried CES (cranial electrotherapy stimulation) for anxiety/panic? I feel like I’ve tried EVERYTHING at this point… medication adjustments, therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, etc. but I’m still really struggling. I’m interested to see if anyone has tried CES and how it worked for you. I’m literally open to trying anything, because like I said, at this point I’ve tried everything, and I don’t know where to go from here
