So yesterday I was diagnosed with celiac, and have been experiencing fibromyalgia for the past four years. I was wondering if anyone felt better from a fibro perspective after going gluten free. Did it help brain fog? Pain? Fatigue? Thanks!

      Going gluten-free helped my Fibromyalgia. Makes sense because gluten is an inflammatory like sugar, dairy, and corn. So removing that from your diet allows you to feel better, get sick less, and have less flares. The more inflammatories you eliminate from your diet, the better. I used something called the Blood Type Diet to help guide me as well.

      Ok so gluten free helped a little with brain fog, it really helped my fibro digestive issues. For brain fog, I have pots so salt has been the most helpful for that. I'd still recommend:)
