does anyone take CBD for their anxiety, and how does it make you feel?

      i recently started taking CBD and it’s worked really well for me ! it just makes me feel very calm and a little sleepy.

      I have tried a lot of CBD things (without THC) and CBD never did anything for me no matter how many milligrams I was consuming. THC edibles/gummies are what I take now and they help immensely. They help me sleep, they help with my anxiety, and they help with intrusive thoughts. THC isn’t for everyone and there’s a very real possibility that it could make your symptoms worse, if you wish to pursue avenues like this, start with low dosages in a controlled environment (E.g. with someone you trust and/or in a safe comfortable and calm place)

      I have CBD tincture I think it's called, but never really notice a significant impact.

      I smoke cbd flower and it is a big help for me when i’m feeling anxious it feels like a safe item to keep near by and if smoking isn’t for you i recommend tincture oil as it is pretty good as well!

      I used to, but no longer take it due to wanting to avoid THC & a failed drug test. I used to feel great while taking it though. Very mellow.

      I tried CBD soft gels for a while and they did absolutely nothing for me so I guess it really depends on the person or maybe the type of CBD or whatever. 🤷‍♀️ Good luck though! 😊
