It definitely helped me some with my anxiety, although it also made me very tired. Helps getting your sleep schedule on track though!!

I agree! Sometimes it can be about dosing. Find that perfect spot that helps you calm down without causing sleepiness. Edibles and droppers of oil are best for knowing exactly how much you're taking. Just make sure to wait 45min-2h before taking MORE to really know how much that dose is effecting you!

Unfortunately for me it doesn’t work. It’s different for every body. I’ve been trying MedMJ and still no success. I think it’s because I have so much else wrong with my body, including auto immune disease, that it just doesn’t do what it does for so many others. I still hold out hope to finding the right type for me. So long as my state gets better in its offerings.

Definitely helps me, my sister, and my mom. Panic attacks seem less scary when I use CBD :) Helps with pain too!!
