I have been feeling extremely tired so last month the cardiologist did an ultrasound of my heart and found out my ejection fiction was low. He added another blood pressure med. it’s making me worse.

I've had it for 20 years now. I take carvelidol and I changed my salt intake. I do my best to keep my sodium lower than 600 mg per food item. I'm also on Lisinopril er. Cardiologist says I've been doing good. Hope this helps.
