YES I’ve done it twice at Evergreen hospital It’s great you do cardio machines an treadmills etc while being cardio monitored and you have a nurse too. Then at the end we did weights and stretching. 👍

It’s the Gold Standard per my Cardiologists.

For some reason, I can’t find any place that does it in the Olympia area. It just seems crazy to me!

I’m new here. But yes I do rehab. I love it. It gets me up in the morning and the hormones that are released make me feel really good. I have severe joint pain throughout my body so I can’t do a lot of the machines. At 55 I’m the youngest in our group. If you have the chance to do it I recommend it. It’s only one hour, three days a week for me.
