Can I have tips or advice for carb counting or even just thinking ahead to my next meal? I tend not to think about food and then snack when I get hungry, and I'm really trying to start thinking ahead to what I'm going to eat and counting out carbs, and making sure I have actual meals. I think the things that are contributing most to my problem is I have no structure in my life(I don't have a job right now and I'm still learning to drive), and I have adhd and I'm very Impulsive around food, especially when I'm I feel hungry, and I have built very bad habits around food my whole life.(snacking instead of eating meals, eating impulsively for comfort and out of bordom) any advice at all would be great!
I struggle w adhd w diabetes toošI could not stop snacking BC if impulse control problems lol so I would opt for keto snacks ! And as for card counting u can try a chart w a reward system everytime u remember to log . I know it sounds childish but it helped me for awhile !
