Car Accident and Pain Management

I was in a car accident yesterday. The car in front of me stopped short on the highway. I slammed on my brakes and stopped without hitting them, but the car behind me couldn’t stop and if I had to guess was doing at least 40mph when they hit me and pushed me into the next car. I’m in so much pain and my usual toolbox is not touching this pain. Any suggestions on things that can help are so very much appreciated!!

I'm sorry to hear this. Same thing happened to me when I was a teenager. CBD and turmeric are good for anti-inflammation. 1 Tylenol and 1 ibuprofen together acts really good. Good luck

turmeric is great. I take a supplement daily to help control my day to day symptoms. Unfortunately I can’t take Advil or any other oral pain meds because of my stomach ulcers. I will def look into CBD! Is there a specific product you like or something to look for?

Ahhh I’m so sorry, I can only imagine how much pain you’re in! 🥺 are you able to talk to your GP and ask for any short term pain meds that might be stronger just to get you through?

I take low dose naltrexone for my fibro which blocks the receptors for stronger pain meds and unfortunately takes days to weeks to work out of your system

750mg (1500 with 2 capsules) from piping rock, it also includes black pepper extract but you need in order for the turmeric to work well
