I got rear ended on 3/20 and started really feeling the pain 3/23. I took 3/24-25 off and hoped to recover over the weekend. It's now Monday and I still feel so much pain, so I've informed my manager I'll be out the entire week to focus on healing. However I feel super guilty and keep thinking I should just push through the pain. Any advice?

      I'd highly suggest going to a chiropractor or physical therapist, they've worked wonders for my friend

      Your body went through trauma, it needs proper time to heal! Try resting and maybe doing small things at home to feel productive. Read a book, eat a good meal, finish a show you've been wanting to, etc. You will benefit a LOT from letting yourself heal, if you try to "push through" it may never fully heal and could cause problems in the future. Stay strong, but do take it easy <3
