Get your thyroid, vitamin d and b 12 tested. I had no energy for years and I was severely deficient in all of those. Now Iām up to normal levels and I feel the full effects of the H in ADHD. Extreme drowsiness can be a symptom of depression or chronic fatigue syndrome so definitely go into your doctor and get checked out!
Hi , check all your medications you are on . My friends husband was falling asleep and it was how his medications we acting with each other.
you may have narcolepsy, try seeing a doctor or medical professional to do some tests and what not.

I'm not sure to what's making you tired, but I recommend going to a doctor to find out what's really going on with you. It could be Narcolepsy, it's when you tend to fall asleep because of overwhelming daytime drowsiness, and it could occur regardless of any circumstance.
