its 3:30 in the morning and I Cannot sleep no matter how hard I try. I keep hearing noises at my window and its freaking me out. its not windy and there shouldn't be any animals out there. i can't stop thinking about it and literally any possible (and impossible) thing it could be is ruining through my head. any tips on how to ignore it and just go to sleep?
