okay so does anyone else have problems sleeping and trying to stay asleep I went to sleep at 10pm then woke up at 2am and every hour after that.

i do pretty much every night, it’s beyond frustrating. i wake up at the same exact times as well.

I have sleep issues where I can lie down and sleep for an hour or up to 10 hrs at a time. But no matter how much sleep I get I still feel crappy.
I have had this problem for years. At first, I can fall asleep fairly easily, but staying asleep is really hard. Once I wake up, getting back to sleep is hard. I average about 5 hrs of sleep a night. Some nights less, very few nights more. I have found that if my room is cold (70 or below) I sleep a lot better. I don't know why, but it helps. Especially now, since I'm peri-menopausal and having hot flashes.

I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. If I go two or three days with no sleep I can sleep soundly for about 6 hours other then that I get 1 to 2 and wake.
I haven’t had the problem recently but I was very stressed about moving a while ago. I would sleep and randomly wake up in the middle of the night. It would happen at least 2 to 3 times before I had to get up for the day. What really helped was doing things that helped me fall asleep before like reading a book or even cutting on my favorite movie. Also I made sure I drank a small bit of water before closing my eyes for the night.

I have the opposite problem it takes me forever to fall asleep but Once I’m asleep I stay asleep until I wake up
I don’t usually have this problem, once I’m out I’m out. But the last week or 2 I can’t stay asleep more than an hour at a time. It feels like there’s something in the air 🤷🏻♀️
