      I take magnesium glycinate to help me. And I agree with exercise. It can help regulate sleep.

      There is another way to take magnesium, I use life-flow on Amazon magnesium lotion. Lotion seems less irritating than oil to most. IT IS MY GO TO for sleep and restless legs. I rub it all over, chest arms neck. They have sample size. Never been without it for at least 10 years. I fall asleep within 15 minutes. No side effects. It's same as epsom salt bath but no getting in the tub. And if I make chamomile tea I use 2 or 3 bags per cup. Really hope you try the lotion, though.

      Lavender tea, CalMag (calcium + magnesium) powder mix from your local health food store, epsom salt bath before bed, avoiding caffeine, no cell phone before or during laying down. These have helped me.

      I still don't sleep great...but daily exercise definitely has made a difference for me

      Yeah I don't mess with that melatonin it's like taking vitamins it don't do nothing sleep pills don't do nothing and if they do something it takes an hour or two to put me to sleep and then I feel like a zombie for like 3 days

        @DanniH then maybe you should try the zzzquil it's basically like NyQuil but it's just for sleep.

      For me melatonin is probably the best way to go to sleep or zzzquil. I feel like zzzquil work's pretty well and it puts me right to sleep.

      Lavender spray can help also sometimes white noise and also sometimes like a fan can help with sleep 💕
