Are you religious? If you are then read your religious book. What'll happen is you'll get tired but not out of boredom but your mind is working up the knowledge and when you get sleepy it's because your mind is wanting to process and download the information. Use that to your advantage. But don't read a fantasy book but l because your imagination will keep you up
