Can't Sleep Due to Dry Cough

I can’t sleep.. I’ve had a dry cough for2 weeks. No other symptoms, just the cough. I’ve tried OTC cough medicine and allergy relief and nothing helps. It gets worse at night. I have to sleep propped up to help a little. Idk what else to do.

Go to the doctor as a cough could be something just lasting that long it’s okay to go to a doctor even if u think it’s nothing as they might have antibiotics or something to help
