Can't Sleep, Anyone Else?

does anyone jus lay awake for insane hours of the night?, last night i was lucky i feel asleep around 7am, i woke up at 3:30 pm. Sometimes i dont sleep at all.

Same. I have medication for my bipolar II that helps me sleep most nights but some nights I don't go to sleep at all, or I'll go around 10AM. And even then it's only for 30 minutes. Something about not sleeping makes me unable to sleep. It's a vicious cycle.
