Keep most lights off, when you wash your hands wash them in warm water, I usually have a night light on and some TV in the room so that helps me fall back asleep. Don't look at your phone or computer! And don't move or talk much

You’ve probably already tried this but to prevent having to get up in the night I don’t drink much water an hour or two before bedtime and I pee every night before getting into bed. If I do get up in the night, I think it’s helpful to not have any lights on.. usually use the flashlight of my phone or nightlights plugged in bathroom. Otherwise the light wakes me up too much too

This might seem stupidly obvious to ask but do you drink/eat relatively close before you head to bed? I always have that problem if I don’t use the bathroom or drink less than 3hrs before I head to sleep

it’s okay! I have been drinking more water recently but this has always been a thing. I don’t mind getting up to go I just wanna go back to sleep afterwards lol
