I am sorry but I understand what you are talking about. I have had this issue for 46 years and even though they are learning more about it than when I was first diagnosed with it. Back then all I was told was you just have to live with it. But there is so much they need to learn about it and I have come to understand that if you don’t have it you don’t understand how devastating and how it changes your life. There has been so many days that I couldn’t and wouldn’t leave my house for anything. I pray that they keep doing research and learn more about it to help so many people that needs help.

Have you had any blood work done recently? Or testing on stool samples? I have and Tuesday I will be having an Endoscopy with biopsy to check for celiac disease. Meanwhile I have been avoiding glutenen and lactose. This seems to help a lot.

Mine is almost always from when it wakes me up at 5-6 till 11-12. Then I could eat if I wanted to but usually choose not to. Worse if I make the bad choice to eat in the morning!

Pay attention to what you eat I have cut out most everything except meat and potatoes and now am slowly introducing things back in one at a time to gauge my reaction Cool the food yourself so there is nothing extra Also just drink water for now and kombucha is good too If you smoke or vape, unfortunately you gotta stop Avoid dairy and gluten, even in alcohol

Thanks for advice. I’ll try som of them. I noticed alcohol is not welcome long ago! Fiber to an extent is good. Funny… meat and potatoes or rice are usually good. Never a problem late in the day on anything! I usually stay away from bread products.
