It can make me feel really good, and prevents me of slipping away from my friends like i do when im not on it, but it can also make my low moods even lower. Apparently it helps some people with their downers? But it does not do that for me

I used to, but it made my depression a lot worse. It can help for others though my Friend is proof of that

I got my med card about 5 years ago for anxiety and while it prevented panic attacks for me I decided to quit because i was using it as sort of another coping mechanism and I was a full time student and working at the time and I felt it was affecting my memory and brain function if I was using it during the day. I switched to only at night to help me sleep and that worked way better for me. I don’t use it anymore but I didn’t have any negative experiences besides just having to figure out how it could help me best. It affects everyone differently so no problem to try some things out and see if it works or doesn’t work :)
