Did not help at all for me. Well, at first it was like the only thing that got me to sleep but it made my paranoia and auditory hallucinations pretty bad. On top of that, smoking while manic would have me feeling high all day from just a tiny bowl. It was scary.

I do not like THC personally, but I have found that CBD capsules have had positive effects for me. I guess the primary risk associated is going to be triggering any latent psychiatric disorders, like psychosis as @relhalvent said.

I think it depends on the person. Some people do just fine with it and other it triggers psychosis. It’s definitely something you would want to discuss with your psychiatrist or GP
