Yessssss. If you don’t abuse it, if used in small doses it helps a lot. Now this is only my experience. But it help me ground myself and stay focused

In small amouts, it helped. When I became hooked & kept upping the dosage it made me worse. Be careful of the edibles/oils out now! They are MUCH stronger (like vodka instead of a nice beer)

CBD helps with my anxiety, but some brands work well and some do nothing

I find that certain strains help me while others can make it worse at times. Id recommend trying CBD first.

It works for me but it makes my husband worse to the point he won't even take low doses. Unfortunately cannabis is a try and see type of med

A lot of people who tried cannabis only feel better when high, but have worse anxiety when not

Also try CBD first as well unless you already use cannabis.

It can help for some. For me it just seemed to make it worse. Magnesium is helpful. Ashwaganda has helped me as well.
