Need motivation to go back to residential treatment

I'm likely going back to residential treatment soon. I just sort of need some motivation not to back out because I am unsafe at home.

The fact that you recognize that you're currently in an unsafe situation, means you are strong enough to face treatment. If you were in denial, it would probably be a lot harder to get effective help. You deserve support and safety
