@ElginO i too didnt like water alone. I mix 75% water with gatorade, propel, and sugarfree powdered drink mixes. i do love sugar and this is a good compromise for me. The Gatorade give flavor and a few electrolytes that will be helpful. The Propel might be more for me as the sodium helps my POTS. The powdered sugarfree packs a lot of flavor and i only use a vey tiny anount to change the flavor around a bit. Maybe more psychological, i get to control something each morning.
