I would give her some space and maybe call her tonight to ask her how she is and tell her that your just worried about her because she cancelled today. Don't panic,there might just be something just popped up that she needed to attend to.

  @Gwen71 yeah, she already told me she has a lot of errands today, and will just be tired. But I've been panicking already before this and this doesn't help much tbh
