      100%. I don’t have any sources off the top of my head, but anecdotally, stress will often worsen my symptoms

      Yes absolutely, if I'm stressed out my symptoms flare up

      Yep, everytime I have exams I have a flare up a week later, but I also stress eat but yeah stress is normally felt in the stomach so it will make it worse unfortunately
