      as far as i know yes, the blood goes to digestion and not the brain etc

      It definitely triggers mine. The blood goes to your stomach to aid in digestion and causes increased symptoms. I've found that eating more smaller meals rather than just the two or three big meals a day helps.

        @CyberEm does it tend to be specific foods or just eating in general?

          @chips38 I haven't noticed it being specific foods other than heavier foods. If I eat lighter, smaller portions, then I'm typically better off. Things like salad, sandwiches, wraps, and the like are typically fine. Large pasta dishes, chili, etc. I've noticed I usually have more problems with.

        @redpanda3 I've heard abdominal compression can help. Have you tried this/if so did it work?

          @chips38 i haven’t tried it yet but i have an order to get an abdominal binder
