Hi, I just joined. I just noticed the group I was diagnosed 2017 march and 6 months remission now for almost 7 years. I didn’t notice about four years ago small light symptoms small lymph nodes in my neck I actually changed my whole diet to keto no sugar at all fats and proteins within three months. Those symptoms were reduced and pretty much gone and I haven’t changed since then. I don’t know the diet did the job or not. I am still keto though. my wife actually went on it to help get rid of symptoms of other issues she was having and they did go away allergies things like that so that’s where she had suggested I try it. so I don’t know if this helps or not but good luck stay healthy. i’m being monitored now every three months CT scans blood work so once so for the routine you know with MCL so far so good.

Great question! I have found that eating a wholesome amount of fruits and veggies is a great way to start. Also you might consider lean proteins and healthy fats, I won’t advice that you stay off alcohol , sugary and processed foods. Bump it up with regular exercise and you will be good to go! You’ve got this !

@_skyline_ @_skyline_ Great advice. Do you feel better eating this way along with the exercise?

Howdy!. Reduce the intake of processed foods, sweets, and harmful fats, this will bring some sort of relief. There are some who have tried specific diets, such as the plant-based diet or the Mediterranean diet and it worked well for them. You can add up fruits, vegetables , lean proteins and that will work just fine.

I follow a strict diet that resembles the one of an expectant mother. I avoid soft cheeses like the plague, and I make sure everything I eat is well-cooked. Getting sick is the last thing I need.

@Fruitenjoyer @Fruitenjoyer I have been a big fan of keto prior to my blood cancer diagnosis. I found it difficult to maintain when on certain treatments. What about you?

"Eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, incorporating more lean meats and leafy greens while reducing sugar intake can be beneficial. Adding more fish to the diet for omega-3s can help with energy levels. However, it's important to discuss with your medical team before making any changes."
