      Music is great as long as its something calming, deep breathing exercises can help, I use fidget toys sometimes as well. I've used the fidget cubes and spinners but now I keep a pop it toy on my night stand.

      I try to find something i can hear ... something i can see ... something i smell ... as i focus on listing these it helps

      My Breathing helps me....catch your breath and just focus on breathing in and out and that's it....makes whatever pulled me into the attack disappear
