yes omg if i take it too late in the day, i get anxiety attacks at night :( and its even started making me struggle during the dayyy im so sad i want coffee 😭

No but caffeine is weird for me I don't get a energy boost it calms me down it might be my A.D.D.

probably ADD, a lot of people with ADD/ADHD can't take stimulants because their energy will drop instead, myself included.

same !!!! I use to LOVE coffee still do !!!! But I have to drink decaf and can only have about 1 cup. Even happens if I drink to much pop
