      I try not to have caffeine at the exact same time I take my vyvanse because I have noticed it makes my heart race and I feel anxious. If I do have caffeine, I space it out at least a few hours after I take my vyvanse in the morning.

      I find it helps it work, granted, I've found that since my medication stopped working and I'm afraid to tell my doctor about it.

        @ToastyToast To specify this: Coffee helps a little bit, but energy drinks help a lot.

      I used to drink a pot of real strong coffee ā˜•ļø and now I donā€™t drink as much. Thatā€™s what I noticed and my adhd is a stimulant.
