Struggling with Mood Stabilizers

I feel so helpless right now. we are in the middle of switching my mood stabilizers and it's really having an affect on me. my mood swings are so much worse. I feel so depressed and hopeless. I feel like I would be better off dead rn. I have no energy to do anything. I can't even take care of me dog. my family is getting on me (especially my dad) about not doing anything. I just finished high school and can't start working till October. I feel like I'm wasting my days away and that I making me feel so much worse. I just don't know what to do anymore. I just want me meds to be fixed already. I won't be done with this med change for another 3 weeks...
