Help for Pain Management with Liver Failure and Fibromyalgia

hello! i was just diagnosed with liver failure and fibromyalgia, Im 24, F, so i have no idea what to do for pain. I take hydrocodone 10mg for pain daily, But cannot take it at work, which makes my pain way worse to the point they don't even slightly help the pain anymore. Im tired of curling up in absolute pain, screaming for death. if anyone can help or have some ideas i will do ANYTHING to get some sleep. Haven't slept in 43 hours due to pain.

I really recommend trying ketamine! It has been miraculous for my pain! Expensive so I get it’s not for everyone but it was totally worth it for me. It was seriously a life changer. Message me if you have any questions about it, I’m more than happy to share!

Please please please find another doctor, living in pain is unacceptable and not okay. Also what do you do for work? There is no reason I can think of why you wouldn't be allowed to take a medication prescribed by a doctor. If you have to look into getting a different job. Your health and wellbeing comes first. (ik times are hard rn I'm 18 and searching for a job but in this economy nothing pays enough)

I don’t take any pain pills due to liver failure. I push through it and sleep with doctor prescribed sleeping pills.
