Dealing with Muscle Atrophy: When Will I Feel Strong Again?

Hey all, Has anyone had experience with muscle atrophy? It’s not all that bad, just very weak muscles after having to be inside a bunch. When does one feel normal again? When do you start to feel strong again?

Yeah I got really week before my diagnosis and still have problems if I don't get my dose correct. If your doctor says you should be on a fixed dose every day FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! The more you do, the more stress on your mind, the hotter or colder it gets ..... I could go on and on. Your body will tell you, you hit the wall, when you need more steroids. Fludracortazone should stay at baseline 0.1 mg per day BUT hydrocortisone intake can and does change minute to minute. Its hard to balance sometimes but you have to listen to your body.

I lost a LOT of muscle last year and have gotten very weak. It’s been very hard to build back up. I’m working with physical therapy and doing a lot of exercises on the floor.

I deal with a lot of muscle weakness. I have not had any issues with atrophy, but I have a very physical job. I do feel like my muscles are quite weak a lot of times.
