Does anyone else get a burning pain in there throat when they go for a run. Also when I stop it taste like blood (it's not trust me). Water doesn't seem to help.

@ItsMeMTB for me I sip water and try to control my breathing while I exercise. For me breathing erratically makes it worse and causes more inflammation, taking occasional breaks to sip water to rehydrate the mucus membranes helps too. I think because GERD already irritates and makes the esophageal lining sensitive, the irritation/dryness from the exercise 😪

Yeah me too, for me I think it’s just the air drying out my throat and mixed with heavy breathing can irritate the throat - really really hurt and taste metallic because the irritation I don’t know if it’s exclusive to GERD, but you’re definitely not alone I’m sure

@Officialishness is there a way to not make this happen?
