D-mannose azo brand is what I use. I can only find it on Amazon. And make sure you’re getting plenty of water it also helps so much. And I do get flare ups even taking this sometimes but I also can’t control myself and eat my trigger foods, you can take the azo pain relief for uti. I know this probably won’t help everyone you just have to find what works but it’s changed my life and I had symptoms just like yours.

I’m assuming you’ve tried AZO? If not, that. If yes then have you tried diet modification? TENs unit? Anti-histamines? Instillations?
