yea, it gets to me every once in a while too. it feels like I'm not actually living my life, I'm just sorta existing between appointments and just passing the time until my next appointment. I still grieve the things I used to be able to do, like work at a job and walk places lol. those feelings will pass, but it's normal to feel that way when you're having to be your own secretary, advocate, medical researcher, home care nurse, and pharmacist 24/7. people who work even just one of those jobs for a living get to leave work and go home. we don't get to do that. that's understandably daunting. if you have a regular routine, try changing it up a bit, maybe have tea instead of coffee in the morning. what helped me was throwing my whole self into it, but treating it like I was doing everything for a different person. I'm not worth all that effort, but my imaginary friend is. talk to a therapist if you can, they can help you process this a little better than we can

You are not alone ❤️ I've been to many doctors this year and mostly with no answers or help. It can definitely get frustrating. I recommend a therapist who has experience with chronic illness, mine is telehealth so I don't have to leave the house and it has helped me. I'm still in pain but I can handle it a little better.
