Bright flashes when running or jumping

I have no idea what condition is causing this symptom so if any one has anything similar let me know please! Whenever I run or jump I see like bright light/flash in a snowflake or star form, like this 🌟. Occasionally there are stars to but it's mostly the bright flashes. And it only happens on impact when running or jumping.. So ya if anyone has a similar experience let me know.. the internet has not been helpful at all.

I don’t know if this is the same but I get a halo type ring of light around my field of vision when I turn my head or eyes too fast or run/jump. I also see random flashes of lights at random times. I went to the eye doc and he said something was wrong with my lenses (a part of the eye) but I forgot exactly what he said. Sorry I know this probably isn’t helpful but you’re not alone! ❤️
