Of course not! Why would you feel dumb? It's your body. Nobody knows your body like you do. You're the one stuck with it, so you get whatever seems to be bothering you checked out. Could be hormones, stress, diet etc... better to get checked out so you can adjust your lifestyle accordingly, if needed, to feel better.
