Breaking the Addiction: Overcoming Fear of Medical Trauma

Hi I don’t know if I’m on the right side but we’re all recovering from addiction at the end of the day. I suffered medical trauma when I was a child and since then I have been terrified of experiencing that same pain again. I still have chronic pain (headaches and neck pain) and I take paracetamol every night and when I don’t need it just bc of my anxiety. I of course take it often for my actual headaches but I need to break the addiction.
