Brain Transplant and ADHD

super random but... So adhd is an imbalance in brain chemicals, right? If an adhd person got a brain transplant from a neurotypical person, would they now be neurotypical because the adhd brain is out??

Idk, I'm inclined to believe that the brain is the true "pilot" of a person, and the body is just the cockpit, so the adhd body would be recieving a neurotypical pilot/brain. Because the brain is now neurotypical, the person is now neurotypical, so technically yes, but also it's not the same adhd pilot in that body. That being said, does the brain produce adhd chemicals or does the body produce adhd chemicals? Maybe the neurotypical brain would develop adhd? Would an adhd brain in a neurotypical body become neurotypical? Who can say?
