Does anyone else’s brain fog get in the way of things like reading or writing? I love doing both, but I haven’t done either in a while because it feels too difficult to concentrate for that long.

Yep! It's mental exertion, and when I'm in a flare or verging on one, my comprehension and focus suck. I have an English degree and an MFA in creative writing, and I hardly read or write anymore. I just try to be patient and gentle with myself, rest, and take advantage of the energy and clarity I have on the rare occasions I have it.

All the time! Sometimes it’ll take me like 20 times to copy a phone number down

Sometimes I can barely walk with brain fog. It really depends on the day. It got better with meds eventually
