Brain Fog and Chest Pain with Anxiety: Should I Be Concerned?

does anyone get like a sort of brain fog? I get really dizzy and it’s hard to concentrate and sometimes I sort of lose touch with reality. I thought that this might just be a symptom of my anxiety, but i’m not sure if I should be concerned about another health condition that is causing this. I also get like a dull pain in and around my left breast (like right on the bone underneath). does anyone else with anxiety experience these things?

i experience brain fog as well! never really happened to me as much before until i got covid last month. i think it very well could be caused by your anxiety but i would definitely recommend bringing it up to your doctor.

I have that brain fog for months at a time and then it goes away. Mine is definitely related to stress and PTSD.
