Dealing with Brain Fog and Fatigue

Rest. Vitamin D and C (also B and Magnesium, but it looks like you take those already). Gentle exercise, yoga and tai chi are particularly helpful because they're so relaxing. I also find hobbies like colouring, paper craft and even word puzzles are helpful as they're relaxing and almost like practicing mindfulness. I find word puzzles particularly clear brain fog for some reason.

🧠 games, & nerding-out on different subjects (Especially things not of your typical/usual/regular liking.), In addition to Vit D, & other supplements. 🤗🙏🏽🫡😊

Sometimes I find music helps me focus and then other days everything is just totally overwhelming and the fog just won't clear

Rest, and I find my brain fog is lessened when I'm well hydrated. But there are times when nothing seems to helps.

Music helps me. If I have upbeat music playing, it gives me more energy and focus. So does getting a good night's sleep.
