I’ve only had a manic rage once, but it was so unbearable, I was in it for weeks. not feeling like I have a real identity sucks too

I work as a bartender and there's been times I've flipped out because I keep making mistakes or people are being consistently drunk and rude. It's so embarrassing. Also the emotional disconnect towards loved ones.
